Completed order and approved artwork must be received by 1:00 CST or it will be considered as received the next day. For orders in excess of catalog quantities and overseas orders please contact us.

Purchase Orders: Must be sent via fax or email and must include item number, color, and quantity of items.

Paper Proof: Free of charge and required unless waived by customer.
Product Proof: Available upon request at $40.00 (G) per color / position plus EQP price of item. Revisions will be charged as a new proof.
Over / Under runs: We always try to ship exact quantity. However we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered and bill accordingly.

Artwork and Imprint
Artwork: The quality of your imprint depends greatly on the artwork that you provide to us. All camera ready artwork must be sent by email to email@example.com stating the PO# in subject line.
Acceptable Media: Artwork must be sent in vector format on Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Freehand, or Photoshop.
Embroidery: For digitized files please send in Tajima format, if not send .jpg. Digitizing is free of charge when purchasing our items.
Art Changes: Any changes that need to be made to your artwork will be assessed at $50.00 (G)
Imprint Size & Position: Product will be imprinted on the best part possible and as large as possible at our designer’s discretion and experiences for visual appeal unless otherwise specified.
All first time orders by new accounts must be prepaid in order to be processed.
Bank Deposit: A discount of 2% of total product cost will be granted if a direct deposit is made to our account at the time the order is shipped out.
Terms: Net 30 days for approved accounts. All other must submit pre-payment with order. Account approving takes 1 business day.
Credit Cards: AMEX, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.
Collections: Accounts that require collections will be assessed with a 5% monthly rate and will be liable for all collection costs.
Sample Policy: Sample orders $10.00 or less are free of charge, otherwise, they are charged at EQP. Freight is always to be covered by customer.
Virtual Spec Samples: Free of charge and delivered within the hour.
Shipping Policy: Free Ground Shipping (items with FREE SHIPPING logo).All items and orders are shipped F.O.B. Laredo, T.X. If not specified factory will choose method and carrier in order to meet your deadlines. Impressline has no control after shipment has been turned over to the freight carrier so we can not guarantee method of shipment and we are not responsible for delays or damages in route. Any delays or damages must be assessed directly with the freight carrier.
Split / Drop Shipments: $5.00 (G) each location plus freight. Free shipping does not apply for split shipments.
Tracking Shipments: Tracking numbers will be confirmed and sent via email or fax once the freight carrier pickups up the order.
Pricing: All prices include a 1 color 1 position imprint if pad printed or silk screened, up to 7,000 stitches in 1 position if embroidered, or up to 1 position if laser or diamond engraved unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Blanks: Charged at EQP -5%. Free shipping does not apply.
Less than Minimum: $50.00 (G)
Claims: Claims must be notified by writing 5 days after the order is delivered. If the case presents were there is a defect in material or workmanship we will issue a Return Approval Number. Without this number no merchandise will be accepted for credit or replacement.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be sent by writing. A charge of $50.00 (G) plus cost of all current work in process will apply.
Liability: All merchandise becomes customers’ property and responsibility once it is shipped out of the fabric.
